Please check our availability before booking.

The Start and Finish times of your booking must include any set-up and clear-up time.

If you need to modify or cancel a booking, please refer to the details in your booking confirmation email.

Booking charges can be found on the Rates page. If you have any particular requirements regarding your booking, then please contact the Booking Officer. Invoices will be sent electronically whenever possible.

Your booking will be secured and blocked out in the calendar only once the deposit has been paid.
